Ambulatory care has been and continues to be a focus for our practice. Our staff provides routine preventative care, lameness exams, minor surgeries, and numerous diagnostic procedures for your horse in your environment. Radiographs, ultrasounds, and shockwave treatments are a few of the many treatments that can be administered at your barn or boarding facility. Our veterinarians bring the benefit of their knowledge and abilities along with the newest diagnostic and therapeutic modalities directly to your horse with one phone call to our scheduling desk.
In the event of an emergency, LEqMC is prepared to help the horse owner and referring veterinarians with prompt and professional services. LEqMC is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide 24-hour care and monitoring to all hospitalized patients. The Intensive Care and Isolation units provide continuous intravenous fluid therapy and metered pumps for specialized medications. Our veterinarians and support staff routinely update clients and referring practitioners to the status of their horse's condition.
